Rates and Booking Information
The gites are normally let on a weekly basis from 16:00 Saturday to 10:00 Saturday. Rates for all the gites together (14+) are from £1,105 (€1,230) to £2,390 (€2,670) per week.Discounts now available on the sterling prices!

Notes
- Base prices are in sterling. Euro rate is indicative only and may vary with exchange rate
- Payment can be made in sterling or in euros.
- Special rates apply for Christmas and New Year.
- Supplementary charge for electricity from the end of September to the end of April.
- Pool not normally available from the beginning of October to the 23rd of May.
Booking Enquiries
Please email us stating your preferred dates, contact phone numbers and address and a contact email. We will respond by email as soon as possible, with confirmation of availability (with alternatives if your selected dates are unavailable) and a booking form (as a Word doc). Please return this form with your payment (see Terms and Conditions below) to reserve your booking. Email reservations can only be held for 72 hours prior to payment being received.
Terms & Conditions
- 10% deposit secures booking. 50% of total payable 56 days in advance. 100% of total payable 28 days in advance.
- All payments must be by cheque or inter bank transfer as we do not have secure on-line payment facilities.
- Cancellation refunds:
Full refund if notice received more than 56 days before arrival
50% of rate from 28 – 56 days
No refund if notice received less than 28 days before arrival - Non-receipt of payments by the due dates may be treated as cancellation of the booking.
Other Information
- All bedlinen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided
- No animals please
- You are requested to exercise reasonable care during your stay and to maintain the gite(s), its fittings and equipment in a clean and tidy condition. Any problems should first be reported to our caretaker who will attempt to resolve them as effectively as possible.
- A deposit of €150 cash is required on arrival. The cost of any breakages or additional cleaning / repair costs may be deducted from this by the caretaker on your departure.
- Guests are responsible for their own insurance for loss of or damage to property, third party liabilities and health.
