Bois Lavergne Gites
Very well equipped gite.Would recommend Brantôme, " Venice of the Dordogne" and Domme," One of the most beautiful villages in France."(The B Family, Surrey.) Very happy with the location.The children really enjoyed the pool and the lizards! (MF and MS and Family, Ireland.)Facilities were very good. Loved the swimming pool: lovely in the afternoon. I thought it was great! (EF,NFand MF) Had absolutely fabulous weather.The pool is great and canoeing good at St Leon. Had lovely barbecues.(The B family, Lake District and Manchester.)What a beautiful place! Had a lovely time, enjoying so much space. A magical location. Enjoyed the wildlife and time around the pool. Perfect.(J,A and baby, London.)Second year in Chanterelle, and this time brought 2 other families with us. Perfect setting for a family holiday.(The P-G Family, Berks.) Fab restaurant on the river in Montignac, and a family friendly pizza/pasta place by the bridge/tourist office in the Square, Terrasson. Beautiful Château at Hautfort. Les Eyzies for caves, canoeing. So much to do! Enjoy. (S family, Surrey.)
A most enjoyable week spent cycling the many hills in search of croissants, canoeing rivers and visiting endless medieval towns and villages. We'd recommend the boulangeries in St Roberts and Cublac. I'm sure we will return to this delightful area of France, and this gite.(S and S Preston, Lancs and M and L London, Darlington.)

A restful week in a great gite, relaxing by the pool and going to the local villages and towns. A wonderful stay! (S Family, Berkshire.) Great surroundings and nice to relax by the pool. We took a beautiful canoe journey along the Vézère (Apa Canoe) where we saw all the prehistoric sites, for example Roque St Christophe, from the river.Yummy crêpes at Terrasson market 9-12 am, Thursday, only one euro! Fresh fruit stores, too. We encountered lots of wildlife, including a baby hedgehog and wandering deer. Thank You. (B Family, Gloucestershire.)

A lovely little barn in a beautiful lot of countryside. Loved the pool. Restaurant, Les Jardins d’Imaginaire, (and gardens) very good. Grotte de Roufignac was out of this world! (R and C S, Manchester) ( S S and R W, London)
Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Kids loved the pool and all the facilities were smashing. Lovely market at Montignac on Wednesday morning, 20 minute drive away.Market at Sarlat on Saturday, 45 minute drive away. Sarlat is also well worth a visit (beautiful town). Peaceful and relaxing holiday. (Intermarche open Sunday. Bakery open at 7am) (P and L C + 2)

Wonderfully relaxing from start to finish! Fab weather; fab pool; fab wine! Baker at Villac well worth a visit- don’t be put off by the fact that he’s also the post-office.Loved every minute- sorry to leave!(V and A M, Stirling)
Hautfort Chateau excellent- use back road via Villac- good road- fantastic scenery! Intermarché at Terrasson better than the one at Montignac.Opens all day Monday to Saturday and early Sunday. (D and A B, London)

Lovely cottage, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Lascaux and Le Roche Christophe were fascinating. The market in Terrasson is worth a visit on Thursday morning for local produce. Da iawn! (A and A R, Pays de Galles, Wales)
